Branding, merchandising, and print design with a consistent visual system
Customers should recognize your brand on a website, a product insert, a label, or a piece of merchandise. RanksGiving helps businesses carry a consistent identity across digital and physical touchpoints, connecting the design brief, asset preparation, and production requirements before artwork is committed to use.
This service suits a business preparing branded materials, extending an identity into packaging or merchandise, or correcting inconsistent artwork across channels. We begin with what you need to produce and who will produce it. Design preparation and physical manufacturing are different responsibilities and are itemized in the proposal.
What our branding, merchandising & printing service includes
Identity and asset review
We review the available logos, colours, typography, product context, and intended uses. Missing formats or inconsistent versions are identified so the team works from an approved set of assets.
Merchandise and packaging concepts
We develop the agreed visual applications for items such as apparel, labels, packaging, inserts, or promotional materials. Quantities, substrates, dimensions, and production constraints shape the design rather than being left until the final stage.
Print-ready artwork preparation
We prepare agreed files against the chosen supplier’s specifications, including dimensions, bleed, resolution, and colour requirements where relevant. Final production suitability depends on the actual supplier, material, and print process.
Proofing and handover
We review artwork with you and document approvals before final delivery. Supplier coordination, sample production, procurement, physical printing, shipping, and installation are included only when explicitly quoted.
How we work with you
- Agree the items, audience, use, quantity, and production specifications.
- Review the identity and develop the agreed concepts.
- Refine artwork against feedback and supplier requirements.
- Obtain approval and hand over files or coordinate the separately agreed production steps.
How we measure progress
Success is assessed against the approved brief, brand consistency, file requirements, and proofing decisions. Colours and finishes can vary by material and process, so a physical proof or sample may be necessary before a larger production run.
What we need to get started
Provide approved brand assets, the items required, dimensions, quantities, supplier specifications, deadline, and budget range. We agree design directions, revision rounds, final formats, ownership terms, and any production responsibilities before work starts.

Branding, Merchandising & Printing FAQs
Do you provide physical printing?
Production, procurement, shipping, and supplier coordination are included only if expressly listed in the quote. A design engagement alone covers the agreed artwork and handover.
Can you use our existing printer?
Yes, subject to receiving their specifications and agreeing who handles proofs, approvals, and production communication.
Will screen colours match the printed result?
Not exactly in every situation. Material, ink, finish, and production method affect colour. We recommend appropriate proofs or samples before committing to a larger run.
